How to select the proper Brushless dc motor?

• 1. When selecting the motor model, first select the correct voltage.
• 2. Select the peak current of the brushless drive. The method of selecting the peak current is to know the rated input current of the brushless DC motor, and the peak current is generally greater than or equal to twice the rated current.
• 3. Choose according to the working environment (such as temperature, high humidity, etc.). The low temperature of the brushless DC motor cannot be lower than -20°C, and the high temperature can reach 60°C. Waterproof treatment is also possible.
• 4, another important point is the requirement of power insulation. In order to ensure the normal operation of the brushless driver, the insulation resistance between the Hall ground wire of the brushless DC motor and the winding wire of the DC brushless motor, and the insulation resistance between the Hall ground winding wire and the chassis is greater than 100 megohms and 500VDC, and can withstand 600VAC/ 50Hz/1mA/1 second without breakdown.
• 5. The outer diameter and height of the motor, the diameter of the output shaft, and whether it needs to be equipped with related parts such as a reducer.
