This electronic twist tester is used to determine twist of single ,
twisted and open end yarns by electronic.
The machine is used for the textile industry to test the yarn twist
such as cotton,wool,silk,fibre,chemical fiber etc. .
Features:
Three methods available to be selected by the operator :
1.Traditional "untwist/ retwist " methos for single yarns.
2.Direct " untwist" method for plied yarns , threads and
multifilament yarns.
3.Untwist, retwist and double countercheck for worsted and slippery
yarns.
4.. Yarn tension:horizontal weights for pre-tension(adjustable
according to yarns)；
5. Test data ouput:A. display output:LCD display screen,it could
show test cycles,single twist of yarn,twist multiplier and
statistice value etc.
B. printout:RS232,this unit could connect to a printer for data
output
