Product Description
Pipe hydrostatic tester is the nameable machine of Huaxincheng. It
is used in high class petroleum pipe mill and other fluid
transporting pipe mill meeting the standards of API-5L, API-5CT,
BS1387-85, ASTM and GB9711.
Features
1. Hydrostatic testing machine for welded pipe is equipped with
special devices such as tube clamping through pneumatic system,
easy changeable tooling system, pneumatically tube ejecting system
and movable type of seal holder unit.
2. Different tube diameter can be tested by changing the rubber
seal.
Hydrostatic Tester Machine Parameters:
Pipe Diameter: Ф20-Ф3500mm
Test Pressure: Max. 110 Mpa
Type: Single, double and several working stations.
Tonnage of big diameter hydro tester: 500T, 800T, 1200T, 1500T,
2000T, 2500T, 3000T and 4000T.
The three series are applied in high class ERW pipe mill, big
diameter high class spiral welded pipe mill and seamless pipe mill.
Hydro testers supplied by Huaxincheng are widely used in factories
of our customers home and abroad.
