Deuterium lamp is uv-vis spectrophotometer uv light source, its
light wavelength range general for 160 ~ 400 nm continuous band.
Deuterium lamp use wavelength range general for 190 ~ 360 nm.
Deuterium lamp in 486.0 nm, 583.0 nm, 656.1 nm three place each
have a piece of characteristic line, often is used as calibration
instrument theory wavelength value (656.1 nm, 486.0 nm to use most,
583.0 nm use little, because it is not sharp, is accompanied by a
small peak).
Scope of application
Deuterium lamp are widely used in liquid chromatograph UV detector,
UV - VIS spectrophotometer, electrophoresis apparatus, SOx/NOx
analyzer, blood tests and so on the many kinds of analysis test
instruments.
DD2.5T/DD10T type deuterium lamp has two characteristics:
1. The light-emitting area adopts composite quartz with high
ultraviolet transmittance, so that this series of deuterium lamps
have higher energy. 2. The lamp shell is made of ozone-free quartz
to prevent ultraviolet rays (especially UVA, which is very harmful
to human skin) from escaping around the light-emitting area, and
reduce the generation of ozone.
