Seamless elbow forming method
1. Forging and pressing: use a type forging machine to push the end
of the tube or part to reduce the outer diameter
The commonly used forging machine has rotary type, connecting rod
type and roller type.
2. Roll rolling: generally not using the core shaft, suitable for
the inner circle of thick wall tube. Place the core inside the
pipe, and the outer circumference is pushed by roller, used for
round edge processing.
3. Pressing method: to extend the tube end to the required size and
shape in the punch.
4. Forming method: there are three kinds of methods are commonly
used, a method called stretching method, another method called
stamping method, and the third roller method, there are three or
four roller, roller, an adjusting roller, two fixed adjusting fixed
roller distance, finished pipe is bent.
5. Bloating method: one is to place the rubber in the tube, and the
upper part is compressed with the punch to make the tube bulge out.
The other method is the hydraulic bulge forming, filling the middle
of the tube into the liquid, the liquid pressure to drum the tube
into the desired shape, and the production of the bellows is mostly
used in this way.
Seamless elbow making process
Seamless elbow does not produce corrosion, pitting, rust or wear.
Stainless steel is one of the most powerful materials in the
building materials. Since the stainless steel has good corrosion
resistance, it can keep the structural components for a long time
to maintain the integrity of the engineering design. The raw
material of the seamless elbow pipe is a round tube billet, which
needs to be cut and processed by the cutting machine for about a
meter of billet, and is sent to the furnace for heating. The
billets are heated in a furnace and the temperature is about 1,200
degrees Celsius. Temperature control in furnace is a key problem.
After the round tube billet is out, it will go through the pressure
perforator to wear the blank. Fuel is hydrogen or acetylene.
Generally more common piercer is conical roller piercer, which has
high production efficiency, good quality and perforation diameter,
which can wear many kinds of fittings. After perforation, the round
tube billet has been rolled by three rolls, rolled or squeezed.
After extruding, take out the diameter of the pipe. The sizing
machine is used to form the pipe fitting through the high speed of
the taper drill.
