Small Size Slewing Device Description
VE3 small size slewing drive is one of our slewing drives family.
It is a new type of transmission product, it can rotate a heavy
load with a very slow speed. It is usually composed of worm, gear,
housing, motor and other components. Since the core components are
the hourgalss worm and gear, they can simultaneously withstand
axial forces, radial forces, and overturning moments. Compared with
traditional rotary products, the new slewing drive features easy
installation, easy maintenance and a greater degree of installation
space.

The rotary drive is noisy, what should I do?
The wrong selection of lubricant for the slewing device,
insufficient lubricant or aging and induration can cause the
slewing drive device to generate vibration and noise, and this
noise has no certain rules. In this case, only the appropriate
lubricant for the slewing drive device is selected, the amount of
lubricant is adjusted, the service life of the lubricant of the
slewing bearing is prolonged, and the replacement cycle is
reasonably determined.
When running, the motor makes a lot of noise, is this normal?
Common buzzing sounds and rack resonance sounds are common when the
motor is running. The axial vibration of the motor shaft will cause
a large high-frequency noise - buzzing sound, the frequency of
which is the same as the axial vibration frequency, which can be
constant or variable. The method to prevent buzzing is the same as
the method to prevent axial vibration.
