Compact Slewing Drives Description
The slewing reducer is an upgraded product of the slewing bearing,
which usually consists of a worm, a turbine slewing bearing, a
casing, and a power source. The shell is made of high-quality cast
steel with very high strength. The worm gear and worm are all made
of 42CrMo and desalinated by glow ions. The wear resistance
strength is higher than the traditional domestic gas nitriding 50Mn
material, which is similar to other domestic enveloping toroidal
worms. Stronger than the hardness, the service life is longer.

Applications
This product can be used for flatbed transport vehicles, log
cranes, single-column cranes, beam lifters, truck-mounted cranes,
aerial work vehicles, solar energy for solar inspections,
automation equipment and other mechanical equipment; in the solar
photovoltaic power generation industry, rotary drives are generally
equipped with DC planetary geared motors or AC geared motors are
mainly used; in construction machinery, hydraulic motors are mainly
used as power drive systems.
