Product Introduction:
The 14 point welding machine is mainly used for car welding fuel
tanks, consisting of welding equipment host, welding power supply
system, and electrical control system components. Equipment ruler:
length 2360 * width 1390 * height 2785. Equipment weight:
approximately 800kg.
Features:
1. The upper electrode is pressurized by an auxiliary cylinder,
which makes stroke adjustment convenient and accurate, making the
workpiece operation stroke continuously adjustable.
2. The spare dedicated gas storage tank for welding machines is
beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring
stable welding force.
3. The upper electrode moves vertically up and down in the linear
guide rail, with high precision in repeated positioning. So as to
make the solder joints accurate.
4. The number of welding steps and the number of welding points per
step can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the welding parameters for
each step can be set separately. It can be flexibly set according
to the product current requirements to improve efficiency.

Welding Precautions:
1. Welding cables should be as close as possible to the welding
area to prevent welding cables from being too long, which can lead
to unknown hazards, as well as short circuits and fires;
2. Keep an eye out for any fire at all times, and the workplace
should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment or items. In the
event of a fire, immediately extinguish it and place the fire
extinguisher in a readily accessible location;
3. When the welding machine or electrical equipment is on fire, cut
off the power supply first, and then put out the fire. Do not use
water or foam extinguisher before cutting off the power supply.
Only dry powder extinguisher, dry sand or asbestos cloth can be
used to put out the fire;
4. Wear oil resistant and fire-resistant protective clothing, such
as leather gloves, long sleeved work clothes, work pants, high
boots, and protective helmets.

the workpiece is commonly 1.2 meters * 0.6 meters * 0.3 meters,

machines should be more than 25 days.
