This series of power tongs is used for quick loading and unloading
of sucker rods in oil well operations.
Clamps have the following features:
1. Clamp the sucker rod with the corresponding jaw set.
2. The mold can be equipped with a master clamp according to
customer requirements.
3. It can be equipped with torque control valve according to
customer requirements.
XQ29/2.6 hydraulic power tong is an improved version of XQ29/1.8,
which is used for loading and unloading of sucker rod threads in
oil well
operations.
Wellhead Tools XQ29/2.6 Sucker Rod Power Tong has the following
features:
●Compact structure, simple and light. The main tong is driven by a
low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor with a manual control valve.
Spare
pliers are like wrenches.
●The operation is simple and convenient, and there are molds. Put
the corresponding size jaw group into the main tongs, insert the
corresponding
size into the spare tongs, turn the reset knob in the correct
direction, and then the sucker rod can be loaded and unloaded
through the manual
control valve. Two speeds, low-speed capture, high-speed rotation.
●Low gear torque is large, especially suitable for occasions where
the sucker rod thread is difficult to break.
