3. Production Process for BIB Filling Machine
clamp bag→ clamp lid→ pullout lid→ screw lid→ filling chamber lifting→ filling
valve lifting→ air cylinder lifting, etc.
When the filling Machine is in running, insert the bag mouth into
the filling slot to ensure that the bag mouth is in place.
The initial position of the left and right sliding parts is on the
right. During operation, the lifting cylinder is pressed down to
the clamping cap, the capping head clamp the cap, then pull out the
cap.
Slide cylinder to the left position, press the lifting cylinder
down to the filling position, put the filling head in position and
insert it into the bag mouth for vacuuming and filling.
After filling, the mechanism rises and moves to the right, and then
press down to completely press the cap into the mouth of the bag.
