Application
It is mainly used in extruded plastic products, and is widely used
in machinery, instrumentation, automotive parts, electrical and
electronics, railways, household appliances, telecommunications,
textile, sports and leisure goods, pipes and precision engineering
products.
The PA66 granules with fiber glass are mainly used in thermal break
strips, which are used in aluminum windows and doors. Our granules
have good fluidity thus guaranteeing your smooth production. The
good raw material can reduce the rate of rejects, and can produce
high quality stips.

Product Description
Nylon/PA66 granules reinforced by fiberglass, with special
additives, is blended and extruded by twin screw extruder. It is
more suitable for extrusion of heat insulation strip. Compared with
ordinary granules, it is more conducive to forming. It has certain
advantages in speed, surface finish and yield. Granulation capacity
is 8000 tons per year. The performances of nylon insulating strip
produced made of this material meet the national standards. It can
not only be customized according to customer requirements, far
exceeding the national standard, but also can add high-efficiency
flame retardant to achieve the purpose of flame retardant.

The product is based on PA66 resin as basic, adding glass fiber,
efficient flame retardants and various additives, formed by
twin-screw extrusion blending.
