4-hi cold rolling mill

1. Introduction:

Due to different numbers of rollers, the metal coil cold rolling mill is including : 2 Hi, 4 Hi, 6 Hi, and 12 Hi AGC.
The 4-Hi cold rolling mill, one of metal coil cold rolling mill, is made from good quality raw material. A four-high cold rolling mill has four rolls, two small and two large. The two small rollers are working rollers in contact with metal coil, and the two large rolls are backup rollers which contact the back side of the small work rolls. At the same time, we are upgrading with the latest technological equipments when producing this cold rolling mill.

3. Working Process flow

Loading → decoiling →two roller pinch →shearing→ welding (manual welding machine provied by the user) → ground looper →five roller tension roller→ vertical edger guide → F1 four-high mill (thickness measurement, tension measurement) → F2 four-high mill (thickness measurement)→Exit platform (de-oiling,thickness measurement)→shearing→coiling machine→unloading.
