Introduction

The opening and closing part of the forged steel gate valve is the gate, and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The forged steel gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, not adjusted and throttled. The gate of forged steel gate valve has two sealing surfaces. The most commonly used mode is that the two sealing surfaces of gate valve form a wedge, and the wedge angle varies with the valve parameters. The driving modes of forged steel gate valve include: manual, pneumatic, electric and pneumatic hydraulic linkage. Installation and maintenance

The hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.

The double gate valve shall be installed vertically (i.e. the valve stem is in the vertical position and the hand wheel is on the top).

The gate valve with bypass valve shall open the bypass valve before opening (to balance the pressure difference between inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).

The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the provisions of the product operation manual.

If the valve is often opened and closed, lubricate it at least once a month.
