Flexible Gear Coupling with high torque transfer and high load
capacity for low speed and heavy duty conditions
Flexible Gear Coupling is composed of inner gear ring with the same
number of teeth and flange half coupling with outer teeth. The
external teeth are divided into two types: straight teeth and drum
teeth. The so-called drum teeth are made of spherical surfaces. The
center of the spherical surface is on the axis of the gear.
Allowing larger angular displacement (relative to the
straight-tooth coupling), it can improve the contact conditions of
the teeth, improve the ability to transmit torque, and prolong the
service life.
