The involue-crowned teeth structure is exclusively designed for the angular deviation to avoid the angular force on the pump shaft and seal. Also, it is beneficial to compensate for the radial-angular assembly error, further avoiding extra loads.

The coupling sleeve is made of damping material which could decrease the vibration during transmission. The maximum axial gap is ±2mm, so it could absorb shaft movement and avoid the axial force that occurred from the axial.

Strengthen the match of the coupling sleeve and metal hubs; no maintenance and lubrication is needed.

It is easy to assemble with high mechanical strength, heat endurance, and insulation capability. The whole set coupling assembly usually fasten to the housing, and only one pump connecting plate is required. The reduced space could save the mounting bracket metal plate or hydraulic system from reaching the minimum gap. It is used to connect the internal combustion engine and hydraulic pump. Special-made flywheel nylon plates are available.
