2m Long Upright Rack Roll Forming Production Line Chile Light Shelves

The hole type of warehouse shelf rack which is produced by shelf rack roll forming machine has diamond-shaped holes, butterfly holes, slant eight holes, etc. Different hole types will affect the load-bearing capacity of the shelf to a certain extent, generally diamond-shaped holes of the column load-bearing capacity is much stronger.

In 2021 we produced this upright rack roll forming production line and exported it to Chile. This line is moderately priced and is suitable for the production of coils of 2-3mm thickness, with a yield strength of 350Mpa for galvanised steel coils, with hydraulic punching, punching and forming machines suitable for the production of 3 plate sizes and production speeds of 0-4m per minute. In order to produce 2-3mm thicknesses, we have used a more robust structure with a gearbox drive for the forming part, which makes the production of 3mm thicknesses more stable and gives the line a longer service life.

In order to produce 3 sizes, in the punching section we have made the die adjustable for different widths and heights, and in the forming section the customer can change the spacers to produce different sizes.
