High Speed Upright Rack Roll Forming Machine Punch Press Rack Column Heavy Duty

The normal thickness of material used for the conventional warehouse shelf racks is 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The raw material for the production of the columns which is produced by shelf rack roll forming machine is longitudinally cut strip steel.

The forming machine part if the customer produces 2mm column, you can use the wall plate structure with chain drive, if you want to produce 3mm column we will recommend the customer to use the cast iron structure, at the same time with gear box drive, the operation is more stable and longer service life.
