Maximum roll diameter 1,500 mm, minimum roll diameter 300 mm.
Internally expanding chucks are adopted to reduce the loss of raw paper.
The operations of clamping, releasing, lifting, and lateral moving, etc. of raw paper are driven by a hydraulic system; double-station design can achieve raw paper roll replacement without machine stopping.

Pneumatic braking is used, so the braking force can be adjusted at any time during production based on the size of paper roll so as to maintain normal tension of raw paper required for production. The braking mechanism employs a standard unit with a structure of multi-point disc used in automobile industry, offering sensitive operation, even and stable output, long service life and convenient replacement.
