Q: Do you accept customization?
A: Yes, in fact, most of our products are customized according to
customer needs.
Q: What can be customized?
A: Generally, you can customize the parameters of the motor such as
voltage, speed and torque, as well as the length of the output
shaft. It can also control the noise of the motor and enhance the
life of the motor according to the special needs of customers.
Q: Can your motor be forward and reverse rotation (CW/CCW)?
A: Yes, the exchange electrode motor will rotate in the opposite
direction.
Q: Is there a charge for samples?
A: Our samples are generally charged, but our purpose is not to
make a profit.
Q: How long does it take to make a sample?
A: Usually about 1-2 weeks.
Q: How long does it take for mass production?
A: Generally about 4-5 weeks, please communicate with us if you
need to expeditiously deal with special circumstances.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: There is no limit on the number of samples, the minimum order
quantity for bulk goods is 500 units if no stock available, and the
limit can be relaxed if trial production is appropriate.
Q: I don’t know how to choose a suitable motor.
A: Please contact our business and tell us the specific purpose of
the motor. It is best if you can caculate the voltage, speed and
torque of the motor.
