Q2: Do you supply OEM,ODM service?

Q3: Can I print my logo on the product or design related products I
need? A3: Yes, we have professional equipment and R&D
personnel, and can design according to customer needs.
Q4: Can I order samples?
A4: Yes, we welcome to order samples to test and check the quality.
Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: Is there a minimum order quantity limit?
A5: Minimum order quantity, 1 sample can be provided for inspection
Q6: How to deal with product failure after sale?
A6: First of all, our products are produced in a strict quality
control system, and the defective rate is very low, not exceeding
0.2%. Secondly, for defective bulk products, we will repair them
and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions based on actual
conditions.
Q7: What about the delivery time?
A7: It takes 3-5 days for samples, and 1-2 weeks for mass
production
Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long will it take to arrive?
A8: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5
days to arrive. Airline and sea transportation are also optional.
