2, Structure and working principle

The machine is composed of two working systems: rice milling and bran removal. The grain enters the grinding chamber from the hopper and is ground by the grinding wheel. After grinding, it is discharged from the rice outlet. Part of the shell and bran removed during grain grinding are discharged from the grinding chamber through the sieve hole of the sugar screen, and the rest are discharged by the airflow of the bran remover when the grain is discharged from the rice outlet. The bran and bran separated twice are discharged from the machine by the fan.

The whitening efficiency of grain is determined by the grain size of the grinding wheel, the number of machine revolutions, the gap of the grinding chamber, the pressure and resistance level of the grinding chamber. The pressure of the grinding chamber can be adjusted by controlling the grain flow at the inlet and outlet and changing the length of the pushing wing. The resistance of the grinding chamber may be changed by adjusting the position of the female knife. The effect of bran removal can be controlled by changing the position of the adjusting plate to change the airflow of the bran remover.
