This roll forming line is consisted of decoiler, levelling unit, punching unit, roll forming machine, servo-flying cutting unit, electrical control system, gear box transmission system, hydraulic system, run out table, etc. With automatic size adjustment system, users only need to key in required data on the control panel, the roller stands will move in and out to adjust the distance between rollers for roll forming each size. With the servo-flying cutting system, whole line speed can be enhanced to 10-15m/min.
