2) How Can We Get Samples ?
Re: We provide free samples for quality testing, customers just need
pay shipping cost.
3) How Can We Make Own Brand Packages ?
Re: Customized packages including packing box, shrink lables, thanks
insert cards and so on. You can send us design files to make
samples. If you want we can provide templates base on your
requested size for you to add your own logo and designs on it
easier.
4) Is It Safe To Show Your Factory Customers Designs or Logo ?
Re: You get our words for sure, we'll draft confidential agreement
with customers to protect our their logo, packing ideas and all
business details NEVER show out with out customers permission.
5) What If Products Have a Quality Problem ?
Re: First of all, we'll try our best to avoid this, QC 3 teams, 24
workers focusing on it before packing to make sure remove all
defective ones. Production manager Spot-Check and we also welcome
Inspection from Third Part especially for online seller customer
like Amazon. If it unfortunately finally happened with quality
problem caused by our mistake, we take full responsibility
whereever goods located in.
