service and the shelf is in full configuration.
The power consumption of the shelf is 121 W when the system supports the VDSL service
and the shelf is in full configuration.

The following are the SCCB card functions:
Configuration, management and control on the user cards
Broadband service processing: Supports the access of xDSL service and Ethernet
service. Implements the data switching between the user port and uplink/cascade
port.
Narrowband service processing: Supports the access of the voice service through the
VoIP daughter card.
Provides FE optical/electrical interfaces, GE optical/electrical interfaces, EPON
interfaces and GPON interfaces through different daughter cards.
