Carton Box Gluer Machine Introduction

1. Alignment system: The patented motion control servo positioning system ensures that the carton alignment is more precise and the digital adjustment is faster.

2. Gluing mechanism: It adopts hot and cold double-coating structure. The hot glue adopts aluminum glue box to heat up quickly, and the cold glue uses stainless steel plastic box to resist corrosion.

3. Paper delivery mechanism: manual folding molding makes the precision of various products controllable.

This machine adopts frequency converter for speed regulation, PLC control, model conversion, and cooperates with high-speed clutch, and the operation control is accurate.
This machine adopts a separate paper feeding system and adopts a hard suction paper feeding method, which can feed double sheets and single sheets.
When this machine is processing two cartons, the two sheets can be glued when moving, the four positions are accurate, the folded part can be folded manually, and the intersection part of the creasing line and the corrugated line can be manually erected to complete the final forming.
