1. Deccription of Simple Dry Mortar Mixing Machine

MGDM-3.0 Simple dry mortar production line is used for producing dry mortar with capacity of the 3-4t/h. Simple dry mortar production line is based on the latest design concept in Europe, It’s feature at low cost, less occupation area.

The raw material feeding from the first screw conveyor, then enter the ribbon mixer, after 10-15min mixing, the end product will discharge into the end product hopper via the second screw conveyor, to empty the mixer in 5min and waiting for packing, this design greatly improve the mixing efficiency and increse the mixing and packing capacity.

2. Inner Structure of Simple Dry Mortar Mixing Machine

3. Main configuration of simple dry mortar production line:

1. Screw conveyor with hopper: Dia:Φ165X3500mm, Feeding material to mixer

2. Ribbon mixer

The outer and inner screw ribbon blade driven by high speed rotating shaft, mixing the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blade forced the material to sides ,outer screw ribbon blade forced sides material to inward, mix the materials back and forth. In the same time, some material driven by screw ribbon do the radial motion, to form the convective mixing, so to achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.

The mixing time:10-15min/batch

3. Screw conveyor 2: Dia:Φ165X3500mm. Convey the finished material to finished hopper from the mixer.

4. Storage silo:1.5m³, store the finished material and prepare for the packing machine, which is improve the efficiency highly.

5. Packaging machine: Valve type automatic dry mortar plant. 15-50kg/bag adjustable, the packing speed is 5-6s/bag.

6. Air compressor: Specification 0.12m³, To supply air source for automatic valve packing machine and balance the air pressure, so that packing machine can pack fast and smoothly.
