The precision laboratory benchtop Hot Melt Coater is capable of producing coated samples or small production of hot melt adhesives, and then laminating to a variety of foils, films, and papers. Lab scale simulations of production processes can be easily set up and studied.

3. Precision ground, 304 stainless steel coating bars for highly accurate cross web coating

4. Using a large diameter high precise micrometer to adjust the coating gap to control coating thickness

5. Reservoir capacity up to 150 g

6. Reservoir is capable of maintaining temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), 150°C using constantly

7. Reservoir and coating bar temperatures are accurately maintained by individual digital PID controllers

8. Steel base assembly firmly supports the coating head and unwind stand

9. Adjustable Teflon side dams allow for coating control from 1/2" to 12" in width

10. Safety features include appropriate guarding and an emergency stop switch
