1. General Cold Rolled Sheet SPCC
SPCC refers to the steel ingot continuously rolled by cold rolling mill into the required thickness of steel coil or sheet, SPCC surface without any protection, exposed to the air is very easy to be oxidized, especially in the humid environment oxidation speed up, the appearance of dark red rust, in use when the surface should be painted, electroplated or other protection.
2. Galvanized steel SECC
SECC is made of general cold rolled steel coils, which are degreased, pickled, plated and post-treated in a continuous galvanized line to become galvanized products. It is a competitive and alternative product in the market of electronic products, home appliances and furniture. For example, SECC is commonly used in computer cases.
3. Hot-dip galvanized steel SGCC
SGCC material is harder than SECC material, less ductile (to avoid deep drawing design), thicker zinc layer, and poor weldability.
4. Stainless steel SUS301
Cr (chromium) content is lower than SUS304, corrosion resistance is poor, but after cold processing can obtain very good tensile strength and hardness, elasticity is better, mostly used for shrapnel springs and anti-EMI.
5. Stainless steel SUS304
One of the most widely used stainless steel, because it contains Ni (nickel), so the steel containing Cr (chromium) is richer than the corrosion resistance, heat resistance, has very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, no elasticity.
