The 3m3~6m3/h modular integrated oxygen generator is a new type of oxygen generator composed of multiple oxygen generator modules stacked in parallel. Using the principle of PSA, multiple adsorption towers work alternately, using oil-free air compressors, refrigeration dryers, composed of four-stage filter, the whole equipment has better running stability and longer service life.

Four Conditions for Stable Operation of PSA Oxygen Production System

1. Clean
The cleaner the air entering the host, the better, and the cleaner the removal of moisture and oil, the better the protection of molecular sieves.
2. Low Pressure
Stable pressure can ensure the good adsorption performance of molecular sieve, and then ensure the stable oxygen concentration.
3. Steady Flow
The stable flow rate and scientific air intake method can effectively protect the molecular sieve from being pulverized, and can also ensure a stable oxygen concentration.
4. Normal Temperature
The air temperature entering the host is easy to control at about 20°C.
