The clamping part:

the overall structure, and has superior high strength, high
toughness and safety.
2, four pull rod structure, pull bar selection of high quality
alloy steel quenching and tempering treatment.
3, the clamping mechanism adopts hydraulic drive hyperbolic elbow
mechanical expansion mechanism, saving energy and running fast and
smoothly in line with the characteristics of injection molding
process.
4, motor drive gear to adjust the mold thickness device, mold
adjustment steady action, small impact
5, the machine hinge is equipped with a central electric
lubrication system, can independently adjust the lubrication cycle,
time and oil quantity, timing lubrication machine hinge to improve
the mechanical life and reduce maintenance. At the same time, it
has the function of remote under-voltage protection and liquid
level insufficient alarm.
6, core pulling free combination control, can meet the mold
production with complex core pulling.
