Product Description

Y81 series high-density hydraulic metal baler is a new generation of hydraulic metal baler developed and manufactured according to market demand, combined with the technical foundation of ordinary briquetting machine and cake press. This machine can extrude various metal scraps (leftovers, shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel, scrapped automobiles, etc. after being pretreated by the crusher) into a cuboid, with a block section size of 300*300mm. It can not only reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, but also increase the speed of furnace charging. This series of balers are mainly suitable for steel mills, scrap iron and steel recycling industries, and non-ferrous and black smelting industries, especially for the processing of crushed materials and tailings in crusher production lines.

Features

1. All models are novel in design and innovative in concept.

2. It adopts hydraulic drive and adopts manual PLC automatic control.

3. Packing method: side push bag, sliding door design on the side of the box, the appearance of the pack is uniform, and the discharging is convenient.

4. A variety of models are available: different pressures (500~1000 tons), material box sizes, etc. can be customized.

5. The density of the block is tight. For example, after the crushed material is extruded by an 800-ton baler, the density can reach 4.2T/m³.

6. Automatic feeding, automatic weighing, feeding storage hopper, and discharging platform can be selected according to the customer's on-site working conditions.
