Market demands have increased rapidly with the good reputation
built. The 200,000 square meters Letone Fluid Intelligent
Technology Industrial Park has been fully put into production in
October 2019. Letone now has 40 high-speed steel wire braiders, 10
steel wire spiral machines, 6 industrial hose production
equipments, and 60 fluid connector product equipments and two
automatic rubber compound production lines service in house.
Meanwhile, Letone is capable to produce rubber compounds 15,000
tons per year, rubber seals and other rubber products 20 million
pieces per year，and the annual production capacity of hydraulic
hoses and industrial hoses (petroleum, chemical, F&B) has
increased to 40 million meters. By 2024, The production capacity of
hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses (petroleum, chemical, F&B)
is forecasted to increase to 120 million meters, rubber compounds
will jump to 35,000 tons, rubber seals will reach millions of
pieces, and fluid connectors will increase to 50 million pieces,
the output value will boost to RMB 2.5 billion.
