Introduction Of Centrifugal Fan
The 5-12 series centrifugal fan is an enhanced version of the 5-11
series medium pressure centrifugal fan.
It has a larger output flow than the 5-11 series. It is also used
to transport a variety of common gases and hard materials in the
industrial field, the application object is exactly the same as
5-11 series fan.
The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different belt pulley
diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and
reduce energy waste.
Motor slide guide can be provided for convenient belt tensioning to
reduce energy loss caused by belt slack.

Product Advantages
1. The bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal, unique
anti-leakage design inside, vent hole at the top, and sealing
grease at the joint, completely eliminating the possibility of oil
leakage in the bearing hosing.
2. After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure
generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure
that the impeller will not creepage and crack.
3. The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic
balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.
