Profile Extrusion Machine
Description of PVC Profile Machine:
1. SJSZ65X132 pvc profile extrusion machine main use for making pvc
plastic profile board.
2. PVC Profile extrusion machine adopt SJSZ65X132 conical twin
screw extruder, specially used for PVC powder material extrusion,
plasticizing, molding. It has the charateristics of high output,
good plasticizing effect and low energy consumption.
3. The uniform extrusion of raw materials can be achieved by using
conical twin screw to rotate outwardly and controlling feeding
speed with quantitative feeding screw.
4. pvc profile sizing cooling adopts vacuum sizing, circulating
water cooling system,vacuum pipe and cooling water pipe are
connected by cooper wire. The cooling effect can be ensured while
the vacuum degree is ensured.
5. Profile traction adopts up and down flat block traction track
mechanism, and can increase the different traction glue block to
meet the traction of the profile, will not extrude the sheet
material, so that the product deformation.
6. At the same time, for the extrusion line of the groove, the
double track traction structure is adopted to solve the problem of
the two sides are not synchronized.
7. The crawler lift is controlled by cylinder, with the function of
adjustable pressure, so as to control the contact area and pressure
of the crawler to the plate and profile.
8. Cutting machine adopts lifting cutting machine, synchronous
control with the host extrusion, with accurate cutting.
