- The large-capacity feeding hopper allows the machine staff to
operate more comfortably when placing signatures.
- Dual feed clips allow 460mm backs to be processed, such as A5
duplex or uncut A3 size books, making it easier to pull large
signatures, even when using tissue paper or loose signatures easy.
- The vacuum peeler has four programmable peeling heads and built-in
long and short edge peelers on the upper and lower sides. In
addition, three adjustable vacuum valves are added to enable the
tissue paper to better complete the vacuum peeling requirements
according to the programmed sequence.
- The height of the acceleration wheel can be programmed according to
the thickness of each signature, which can accommodate the input of
different thickness signatures in a book.
- Super short stitches, threading needles and crochet needles can be
inserted very precisely into the bottom holes made by the bottom
needle along the back of the signature, ensuring the highest
quality of lockstitch.
- Stitch saddle is driven by the camshaft of the cam box, and its
transmission parts run in a sealed oil tank. This advanced
transmission system design ensures that the cam has a great service
life without any routine inspection and maintenance.
- The book blocks after locking the thread are simultaneously output
to the large book receiving table, and the trimmer at the exit
device can automatically trim the tail thread to about 10mm. For
high-end models, a stacking system with pneumatic Extraction arm,
extended belt can stack books up to 120mm for more comfortable
operation

with the cam box directly, no need of any other transmission
settings.
8 Vacuum signature-exposer design. All 4 satisfy the different
expose requirement . The specific air blower makes an air cushion
between the operating folds and the last folds, which eliminate the
double sheet effectively.
