SCHOOL BUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
OVERVIEW:
The SBMS system is used to monitor the student’s regularity in
school bus. It will help the parents to monitor their children
through GPS and SMS function from home.
WORKING FUNCTIONALITY:
- When the bus is coming near the student’s home it will sends a
SMS to the parents such as, “School Bus at Kottivakkam”.
- Once the student enters the bus and he/she swipes their card it
will send the SMS to the parent such as, “Your child has entered
the bus”.
- After the bus reaches the school, the student swipes his/her card
and it will send a SMS to the parent such as, “Your child has
reached successfully”.
- After finishing school, the student swipes his/her card while
entering the school bus it will send a SMS to the parent such as,
“Your child has entered the bus”.
- When the bus is coming near the student’s home it will sends a
SMS to the parents such as, “School Bus at Thiruvanmaiyur”.
- If the bus stands idle for a long time then a SMS will be sent to
alert the parents.
ADVANTAGES:
- Parents will be assured that their children reach school and home
safely.
- It will be helpful to the parents by knowing the time when to get
ready to pick and drop their kids.
- It reduces the tension for the parents by knowing the exact
location of where the bus is being located.
- The parent can monitor their children sitting at home.
