There are two surface treatment mothods for the horse stable:powder
coated(black, white or any color you like) and hot dipped
galvanized(silver)

Our steel is a rust-resistant top coat is applied to future extend
the life and use of all steel components. All square channels have
welded end caps to prevent bee or hornet’s nests, and all grill
bars are welded on the stall side to prevent any spinning.
1 . Door helps with ventilation and socialization. Can be closed or
removed completely and stored in a tack or supply room.
2 . Safer for your horses—closest bar spacing, corrosion resistant,
easy installation in new or existing facilities, and powder coated
for good rust protection.
3 . Chew protection Protect the edges of your doors and any other
exposed wood edges from wear and tear and horse teeth with chew
protection and chew caps. We also carry galvanized U-channel for
easy installation of walls.

While this is our most expensive option as an initial cost, the low
maintenance and life of the product is a tremendous value
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) uses primarily recycled
post-consumer plastic with a positive environmental impact to
create a long-lasting, no maintenance and weather resistant
material. HDPE is UV resistant, easy to maintain and does not
require staining. It comes in a variety of lengths and colors.
And it is a virtually maintenance free wood for horse stalls. This is not a
Composite style wood option like most offer with fillers that
decrease the strength of material and decay over time. The pure
High Density Polyethylene is completely moisture resistant, easily
cleaned and sanitized. It will not crack or splinter, is impervious
to insects, rot and bacteria.
