A:Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province,China,
17kms away from Ningbo Airport. We sincerely welcome customers to
visit our company and factory.
Q: Could you add our logo on your products?
A: Yes,if your quantity more than 50pcs. we could add your logo on
the products.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-2 days if the goods are in stock. or it will
be 3-5 weeks if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge, but do not pay
the cost of express freight.
Q: What is your payment term and payment way?
A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Payment ways are : T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay.
Q.What’s the shipping way?
A: For small packages, we will choose the door to door express, we
cooperated with UPS,DHL,FEDEX,TNT more than 10 years,we gurantee

For big orders, By Air or By Sea through your shipping forwarder is
acceptable, if you don't have forwarder in China, we will find the

Warranty
All item Comes with Basic 3 Months Sellers Warranty, if item
defective in 3 Months, We will offer replacement without extra
Charger(including shipping fee)After we Receive the Defective item.
If item Defective after 3 Months, Buyers can still send it back, We
will contact suppliers or Manufactory for Warranty. Buyers Might
Need to pay the Shipping fee For resend the replaced item.
After-sale Service
One year quality guarantee Policy
We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some
unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve the problems with
buyer through friendly in the following ways:
1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days
after receiving the goods, buyer must provide photos or video and
other evidence to seller for identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one
year (not included those damages coursed by shipping or Man-made
damaged ). A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any products
returned in "used" condition. And then we will send a new product
to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD)
has quality problems, we will resend a new product in buyer next
order; if buyer don't plan to make a new order in the near term,
buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to resend a new
product. If there is an issue with the products, please contact us–
we will solve it as soon as we get your email.
