extrusion technology. On the basis of the original single shaft to
roll extrusion granulator, through continuous improvement and
practice research and development, the extrusion force of this
machine is far greater than that of the previous single shaft type;
in particular, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, snow melting
agent, ammonium bicarbonate, potassium fertilizer, industrial salt

good molding.

The characteristics of the double roller granulator are as follows:
1. No drying process, normal temperature granulation, one-time
molding, less investment, quick effect, and good economic benefit.
2. Small power of double roller granulator, reliable operation, no
three waste discharge, stable operation, convenient maintenance,
reasonable process layout, advanced technology, and low production
cost.
3. The raw materials have wide applicability, and can be used for
granulation of compound fertilizers, and can produce compound
fertilizers of various concentrations and types (including organic
fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, magnetized
fertilizer, etc.); there are also rare-earth, ammonium bicarbonate,
and ammonium sulfate compound fertilizers granulation.
Instructions for double roller granulator:
1. The double roller granulator should be started without load, and
it is strictly forbidden to start with material.
2. It is strictly forbidden to enter the material with dirt in
order to avoid breaking the roller shaft.
3. The gear of the fertilizer granulator machine should be smeared
with yellow dry oil before starting up.
4. Apply yellow oil to the chain and sprocket every 7 days.
5. The bearing pedestal shall be filled or replaced with new yellow
oil every three months.
6. The gear oil can be used only after adding gear oil once before
use. The gear oil should be changed every four months.
