Based on customers' requirement, we make machine for producing cable trays with 75m, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm width and 35mm, 60mm, 85mm, 100mm, 150mm height. Raw material can be rollformed are 0.8mm-1.5mm thick galvanised steel coils.

Main Components Of Whole Line

Whole line work process: coils unwinding -- material levelling -- servo feeding -- punching based on required holes and slots -- pre-cutting - roll forming -- end product
