There are two welding areas on the heavy-duty production line.

Each welding area is composed of two sets of cantilever welding machines, two sets of 60° turning machines and one set of conveyors.

1.The machine structure is cantilever arm table driven type.
2.The H beam gantry cantilever welding machine is composed of working table travel device, cantilever frame, welding arm elevator, horizontal travel device, arc guide device, flux recovery system, automatic submerged arc welding system, electrical control system and etc.
3.The frequency conversion motor driving system, drags the working table move as a unit, drives the guide arc device. The spring extension device make the guide arc device to force guide arc wheel working along the boat shaped seam.
4.Flux recovery system effectively recover, separate used flux, and eliminate useless slag. It can ensure safe re-use of the flux.
