package trays and trunk liners, etc.
Needle punching technology process is the very common and
prevailing process in the nonwoven industrial.
With diverse machine combination and designs, needle punch
production line is applicable for producing various felt, carpet,
geotextile, shoe lining, filtration material, substrate layer for
synthetic leather and asphalt felt, and other hundreds of
innovative nonwoven products.

Trade information:
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR
Lead time: 120days after deposit.
Payment terms: 30% as deposit paid by T/T, 70% as balance paid off
before loading.
Warranty: 12 months.
Installation:
The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer
is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation,
medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers
should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines
to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for
installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is
USD200/Day/engineer and totally installation period is about
35-40days depending on well cooperation of the buyer.
Remarks: The buyer is responsible for the installation and the
seller provides on-line support. If the buyer requests for engineer
to go for installation. All the expenses including salary, hotels,
daily meals and COVID testing during the quarantine period in
customer’s country and back to China will be taken by the buyer.
