Product description

polyester safety inspection tag displays SAFETY INSPECTION, EQUIPMENT ID, LOCATION, DATE and BY legends on the front and back, measures 7 x 4 inches (H x W), and informs employees that equipment has been inspected, and is safe to use. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The inspection tag is green on white with two chamfered corners, a 3/8-inch grommet, and includes a nylon tie. The polyester tag can withstand moisture, grease, and dirt in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 212 degrees F. The tag meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standard 1910.145 for accident prevention, and exceeds the 50 lb. pull requirement, with 75 lb. pull strength.
