Product Introduction

The tumbler screener is a low-frequency vibro sieving machine that is artificially oscillating for fine and ultra-fine screening. Round, cylindrical, flake, or even irregularly shaped materials can be sifted with up to 7 grades of ultra-fine sieving.
The instantaneous motion of tumbler screener is the combination of the radial displacement and the circular motion with the displacement along the axis (spiral motion). The exciter that can adjust the eccentricity produces a nonlinear three-dimensional motion, and the material also produces the same approximate manual movement to achieve the purpose of screening, and the screening accessory can be used to obtain one more ideal sieving effect.
As the result, the tumbler screener can realize one perfect sieving solution with 99% accuracy and more than 5 times higher output than tradition vibration sieving machines.

Main Features

It is used to sieve fine and super fine powder, especially, suitable for knotty process of raw material screening.
1. High Efficiency, the machine can imitate effectively manual screening motion and process, the raw material present a spiral involutes’ motion, the raw material and mesh screen happen to close contact, the accuracy of screening can up to 90-95%.
2. Protecting raw material, gentle tumbling screening can not damage the physical structure of raw material, not easy to produce static electricity, it will be the best choice for sieving flammable and explosive material.
3. Life is long, because the accelerated speed in vertical direction is very small and soft tumbling screening, so the mesh screen is not easy to be damaged and it extend the useful life for mesh screen and other parts.
4. Clean, bouncing ball can clean the surface of screen, to keep sanitary, ensure the continuity of screening; fully enclosed operation and more environmentally friendly.
5. Easy disassembly, circular modular construction, it is very simple to install and dismantle; besides, the outlet port can be adjustable to any direction at 360o.
6. Low noise, the noise is low to 75dB.
