Transfer section of the vertical glass washing and drying machine
1. Low-e glass sensor
This sensor is installed in front of the washing machine and can
automatically detect low-e glass to prevent the glass from falling
off the low-e surface.
2. Conveyor roller
Transmission: All front and rear transmission wheels are moving and
all are actively being transmitted. Ensure a smooth passage of
large and thick glasses
Washing & drying section of the vertical glass washing machine
1. Materials
The washing and drying area is all made of stainless steel,
including plates and internal spare parts, and is equipped with
waterproof accessories.
The plate thickness of the washing machine can be up to 4mm, and
the inner plate can be up to 8mm. The performance of the equipment
is better and the service life is longer.
2. 6 soft brushes
The 6 brushes, all soft brushes, can clean flat glass, tempered
glass, and low-e glass. The diameter of the bristles is less than
0.1mm, which will never damage the glass, and especially protect
the low-e glass.
3. Device for noise reduction
The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels with nylon gears and
sponges, our washing machine is the quietest.
4. Hot water system
The air heating system is used to clear the glass with soft water
5. Unique air knife design
The air knife is floating and there is always a suitable distance
of 3 mm between the glass surface and the air knife (the same
structure as the LISEC) See figure below. (3 mm is the best drying
distance)
6. Detect glass thickness automatically
1). Equipped with a universal joint device, when the glass
thickness changes, the air knife moves back and forth to adjust the
distance so that the relative distance between the air knife and
the glass is constant to avoid damaging the glass due to the change
in glass thickness.
2). Chain wheels are arranged on both sides of the glass bottom in
order to actively transport the glass, whereby a relatively high
speed can be maintained and not only large and small glasses can
also pass quickly. Both the front and rear extrusion wheels are
actively moving and are conveyor belts. Irrespective of the size of
the glass, the smooth passage of the glass is guaranteed.
