Monel® K-500 Alloys Directory Overview
This Nickel-Copper alloy is precipitation hardenable, due to the
additions of Aluminium and Titanium. It combines the corrosion
resistance of Monel 400 but gives the added advantage of extra
strength and hardness (as a result of its age hardening
ability).Monel® K-500 is also known as Nicorros Al.
The attributes of Monel K500 alloys include:
- Virtually nonmagnetic, even at quite low temperatures
- Exceptionally good dimensional stability
- Resistant to a sour-gas environment
- Excellent corrosion resistance together with increased strength and
hardness of that of Alloy 400

A: The inner layer has a waterproof paper outer layer with iron
packaging and is fixed with a fumigation
wooden pallet. It can effectively protect products from corrosion
during ocean transportation.
