Product Presentation
CDS-C series ordinary lathes can be used for all kinds of turning
processing, such as: inner and outer cylinder, end face, taper
turning parts; Saddled lathes can be used for turning large
diameter or deformed parts. According to customer's request, we
provide metric or inch thread machine tools to complete the turning
of metric, inch, module and diameter pitch threads. Complete
drilling, drilling, cupping and other work.
Main Features
1. The machine body is casted with high-strength cast iron, and the
guide rail of the machine bed adopts a mountain-shaped and flat
guide rail layout.
Large load-bearing section, therefore, has good rigidity and shock
absorption, which can ensure high-precision cutting.
2. The mechanical friction plate clutch is used in the main shaft
box of the machine tool: through the control lever, there is no
need to change the speed of the motor
And stop the motor can realize the spindle speed change, stop,
reversing, and the spindle box is forced to lubricate.
3. High-rigidity mechanical tool holder with high reliability.
4. The type of thread can be changed by changing the handle
position of the feed box of the machine tool.
