Overall layout of machine tool
The VMC1000Q vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame
layout and adopts a herringbone column to be fixed on the bed. The
headstock moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the
sliding seat moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and
the table moves along the sliding seat. Lateral movement
(X-direction) structure.
The bed, worktable, sliding seat, column, headstock and other large
parts are all made of high-strength cast iron materials, and the
shape is resin sand technology, and the stress is relieved by aging
treatment and tempering treatment. These large parts are optimized
and designed by professional software to improve the rigidity and
stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively
suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused
by the cutting force.

Structure advantages:
Simple structure and excellent performance
A Lead screw: pre-drawn
The three-axis lead screw adopts the installation method of fixed
two ends, and with 40 large diameter high precision ball screw, the
best speed response and positioning accuracy can be obtained by
pre-stretching treatment.
B Guide rail: roller
Roller linear guide rail is selected for three axes to increase
bearing capacity and enhance the overall rigidity and reliability
of the machine tool. Linear guide has small vibration at high speed
and no crawling at low speed to ensure machining accuracy.
C Spindle: 10000 RPM
10000 RPM high speed spindle, bearing imported P4 special bearings,
with high precision, high rigidity; The main shaft has passed the
dynamic balance correction test before leaving the factory.
D Headstock: high rigidity
High rigidity structure spindle box design, improve the cutting
resistance of the machine tool and effectively reduce the vibration
of the spindle, to ensure the machining accuracy and surface finish
