100m Span Armoring 24 Core Self Supporting Aerial Fiber Cable FRP Sheath

Overhead Span 100m ADSS Double Jacket Armoring 24 Core Fiber Optical Cable

Structure Feature:

1.ADSS cable is loose tube stranded. Fibers, 250μm , are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics.
2.The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around a FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core.
3.After the cable core is filled with filling compound. it is covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath.
4.After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.

Product features:

1.Can be installed without shutting off the power.
2.Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on towers and back props.
3.Large span lengths and the largest span is over 200m.
4.Good performance of tensile strength and temperature.
5.The design life span is over 25 years.

ADSS, there are two kinds of ADSS. One is single jacket, and the other one is double jacket.

Packaging Details
1.Wooden reel, customer's requirements are also welcomed;
2.Inner packed in fumigated wooden drum, and outer covered by polyethelene sheet,then sealed by strong wooden battens.

For small orders: by sea (LCL), by air or by courier services(DHL ,UPS,TNT.....)
