Electronic scale
The electronic scale is used mainly in measuring water, additives,
powder and aggregates. Many models
with many installation sizes and measuring ranges are available.
The electronic scale consists mainly of
the measuring elements, control mechanism, executing mechanism and
correcting devices.
1. Main functions and characteristics
- Automatic compensation of unbalanced sensor, eliminate error of
imbalance by suspending;
- Stable mechanical vibration to eliminate digital fluctuations
caused by mechanical vibration;
- Simple calibration and easy maintenance;
- Automatic compensation of fall;

- Serial communication interface for computer.
2 .Weighing principles
When batching is required, the control system will issue batching
commands for fast batching operation.
The materials will enter the measuring hopper and sensors acquire
weight data and cable them to the
weighing module. The module will then send the converted weight
signals to the industrial control computer,
which will process these signals in a coordinated way. In
consideration of the tare weight, fall and accuracy
of the final weight, the system will produce an advanced value.
When the weight has come to this value, the
computer will signal to slow down batching for low-speed operation.
When the weight has come to the pre-set
value, batching will stop, thus completing the batching process.
3. Calibration method
- Test connections to ensure that sensors have been installed
solidly and reliably.
- Adjust testing forces and weighing sensors to eliminate gravity
deviations of bearers.
- Switch on power to the system to set up the parameters of scale
functions.
Adjust the system to zero.
- Start batching after zero adjustment
- Carry out batching and ascertain its over measurement. Produce an
advanced value of batching,
based on this over measurement.
